The Role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners
• Driving consistent rent roll growth through new business opportunities
• Conducting rental appraisals
• Work closely with Leasing and PM teams for new onboarding
• Deliver a high level of service and communication
• Support and mentor junior team members where required

About You:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Real Estate BDM role
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in conducting rental assessments
• The ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline
• Highly driven
• A current real estate certificate or licence
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable.
