ABOUT THE COMPANY
A very successful Melbourne Owners Corporation company have expanded to Brisbane. They are now seeking a solid Strata Manager to take the leadership of their growth in Queensland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This one is outside the box and such a great opportunity for someone with solid strata management experience, looking for an exciting growth opportunity.
The portfolio currently sits at 4 building (285 lots) however a considerable investment will be made to grow this portfolio and we need an experienced strata manager to manage the existing portfolio and work with new business leads as they come in. Once signed, you will then manage these buildings. In time there will be new staff joining you, but for now, you will be it! From the day to day strata management, to working with new clients. Initially there will be some remote management of a Melbourne portfolio.
You will receive full support from the Melbourne support team - this includes administration, accounts, and a meetings team (preparing agendas, typing minutes and preparing you for your meetings).
We are seeking someone that is very results-driven, is hungry and motivated. The role offers flexibility whilst working in a busy and growing industry within a hugely supportive team.
REMUNERATION AND PERKS
- On offer is a salary circa $90,000 - $110,000 Plus super, plus commissions and up to $6,000 pa on KPIs.
- Paid travel 4 x per annum to Melbourne for team functions/awards
- Birthday off
- Potential profit share for the right candidate
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Strata Management experience essential - at least 3-5 years
- High level of computer literacy
- A self-starter - this is critical. Someone who demonstrates diligence, is methodical with details, coupled with an assertive, can-do attitude with all client interactions.
- An excellent problem solver with strengths in financial analysis and is business savvy
- Exceptional communication, customer service and relationship building skills
- Autonomous worker, service focussed with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Obsessed with being organised and on top of your workload
