About the Role:
Supporting a Senior Property Manager and overseeing 250 beautiful homes, you’ll play a hands-on role in:

• Coordinating ingoings, outgoings & guest-ready property checks
• Managing communication with guests and owners (damage control, feedback, smooth stays)
• Overseeing VAs, maintenance scheduling & ensuring everything runs like clockwork
• Leading from the middle – driving quality, processes & service standards

This is not your standard agency PM role – it’s faster, more diverse, and genuinely more fun!

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Property Management, whether in short-term rentals or traditional residential portfolios.
• A current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s licence, and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with both guests and property owners.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude, positive energy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Must live locally to Eastern Suburbs
