About The Opportunity
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll manage and maintain after-sales service and support while coordinating field operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Planning and scheduling service, warranty, and installation jobs
Liaising with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
Accurately processing sales orders and customer payments
Handling incoming service and warranty calls/emails
Managing and updating the daily service schedule
Entering service data and preparing job quotes
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll need:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Knowledge of automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)
Familiarity with Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (advantageous)
