About the company:
My client is an award-winning national landscaping contractor who’s been successfully delivering landscape construction and maintenance projects for over 20 years. Their clients include major developers, commercial builders, and civil contractors. Due to continual growth within their maintenance division, they’re looking to appoint a maintenance Co-Ordinator to run the North and West areas, responsible for managing major accounts.
About the role:
Reporting into the maintenance manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the North and West areas, responsible for managing major accounts:
- Develop and maintain key relationships with existing and new clients
- Manage resource allocations and staff recruitment
- Prepare quotes, variations and invoicing
- Manage monthly reporting
About you:
To be successful, you’ll ideally have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in horticulture or landscaping
- At least 2 years’ experience within a landscape maintenance role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent people manager
