Qualifications and experience
Completed Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (preferred not essential).
Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience required
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Tasks & responsibilities (incl)
High Level customer service
Working closely with our Proprietor and Pharmacist in Charge
Co-ordination of retail priorities
Direct supervision of staff in retail area
Co-ordinating training for direct reports
Liaising with Marketing Co-Ordinator re: promotion
OTC Stock ordering (limited)
OTC Stock inward activities
