The Role

As our company continues to expand, we're thrilled to offer a full-time position for a Fire Protection Service Co-Ordinator. We're seeking an individual eager to contribute to our business's ongoing success. Join our vibrant maintenance team and assist in providing exceptional trade experience & customer service to our growing client base. This position will be a key role in the maintenance & service of the following fire protection equipment working under the guidance of the Melbourne Operations Manager:

Portable fire equipment

Exit & emergency lighting

Fire doors & Passive systems

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Quoting - Analyse defects raised by in field technicians and generate quotations for rectification works to portable fire equipment, exit & emergency lighting, fire doors & passive systems using AESM pricing structures.

Job mobilisation - Raise jobs for approved quotes or Ad hoc works.

Manage technicians - Understanding scope of works, prioritising tasks based on multiple factor including deadlines & client KPI's.

Parts & logistics - Ensure all necessary parts & equipment are available and allocated for the service team.

Customer communication - Act as the primary contact for customers regarding scheduling and updates. Provide professional and clear communication n a timely manner.

To excel in this role, the selected candidate will need to have:

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation

Strong operational and safety skills.

Effective communicator at all levels.
