The successful applicant/s will play a key part in supporting our Sales Manager by preparing quotes, following up with customers, and helping ensure our schools get what they need, when they need it. You'll also assist our Customer Service team to manage orders, answer inquiries, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships. Job suitable for School leavers.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Create accurate and timely quotes for customers

Support the Sales Manager with lead follow-ups and customer communication

Assist Customer Service with order processing and enquiries

Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and purchasing staff

Ensure a high standard of service across all customer interactions

Contact prospects by phone and email

Enter all customer contact info and interactions into HubSpot CRM

Support the sales team in growing their furniture and project sales

Send out samples and follow up

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Find quote opportunities in EstimateOne, read plans and do take-offs, create proposals.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a sales support or customer service role

Strong communication skills – friendly, clear, and professional

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team

Confident using computer systems

Australian work rights are required for this position
