About Farm Door Riverina: Farm Door Riverina is a fast growing family-owned ready meals business based in Wagga Wagga NSW. Sourcing local ingredients from across the Riverina food bowl, our team cook and pack delicious fresh and frozen meals, distributed to pharmacies, supermarkets and home delivered.

The role in a sentence: Your key responsibilities will include onboarding wholesale customers to roll out branded freezers into new regional towns and metro locations whilst building relationships to ensure consistent customer service and growth in sales.

The kind of work you may be doing: You will be a key communication point in the business, working closely with the sales and logistics teams to deliver customer service whilst growing sales. Your average week may be broken up with:

• Customer Support - Receiving and inputting customer sales orders into our inventory management system (DEAR), replying to customers to confirm delivery dates and sending invoices on date of dispatch.
• Customer Experience –Guide new branded freezer customers through the onboarding process.
• Customer Service - Build relationships as the day to day contact for customer support and enquiries
• Marketing – Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
• Production – Support the production team to manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock is produced to fulfil customer orders.
• Product Development – Collate customer feedback to improve our service and guide new product development.
• Team & Food Safety - All Farm Door team members are responsible for the health and safety of our team and maintaining the highest food safety standards.

• You have attention to detail. With experience in sales support, customer relations and a sense of pride when it comes to organisation.
• You are a clear communicator. You enjoy effectively communicating to a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and fellow Farm Door team members.
• You are a doer. You enjoy being efficient and organised. You’re derive satisfaction from working as a team to get the job done! You’re happy to do a range of tasks from data input and analysis to being part of internal scheduling and strategy meetings. On crazy days, you may even find yourself in the packing room for a couple of hours or helping with the end of day clean!
• You have a positive approach to change. As a central team member in a small family run fast growing business, you enjoy improving systems and processes to meet growing sales and production demand.
• You love sales and marketing. You are passionate about Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
