Alphabond Dental is a leading supplier of cutting-edge dental products to surgeries and laboratories within Australia and New Zealand markets. We are a proudly Australian owned family business operating for over 35 years and currently seeking a motivated full-time Customer Support person to join our friendly team working onsite in our Roseville office/warehouse.

The heart of the role:

Answering phone/email enquires and providing face to face customer service

End to end sales order management and processing of invoices/credits

Initiating and following up of order pre-payment requirements

Provide product information (product specific training will be provided)

Track orders and deliveries

Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Liaise with remote sales team members and build customer relationships

General office support

About you:

Experience in Customer service both spoken and written

Friendly phone manner with fluent English

Willingness to acquire and expand your product knowledge

Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience using an ERP software package an advantage

Attention to detail with the ability to manage a busy schedule and deadlines

Good people skills, enjoy working within a team and is passionate about providing quality customer service

A basic knowledge of dentistry desirable but not essential
