Grafix Group, Australia’s leader in large-format graphics, printed blinds and environmental signage, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator Support to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering exceptional service to both colleagues and clients.

About the Role

As Sales Administrator Support, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring enquiries are managed promptly, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and client interactions run smoothly. You will assist in preparing quotes and proposals, support sales staff during conferences and events, and provide the administrative foundation that allows the sales team to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming enquiries and coordinate responses with the sales team

Organise appointments, meetings, and conference schedules

Prepare and issue quotes, proposals, and sales documents with accuracy

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a first point of contact for clients

Support the sales team with conference preparation, travel arrangements, and event logistics

Maintain sales databases, records, and reporting systems

Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, installation) to ensure seamless project flow

Provide ad hoc administrative support to enable sales staff to focus on clients and growth

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role

Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise tasks

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
