About Us
We’re a fencing and timber sales business with big growth potential. Right now, we only have a small customer base — which is why we’re looking for someone motivated to help us build it up while managing the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
This role’s first priority is to grow our customer base by identifying local fencing and landscaping contractors, reaching out to them, and offering support with their fencing and timber supply needs. It’s a hands-on position that combines sales and operations: driving new business while also ensuring the day-to-day running of orders, stock, and deliveries goes smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a list of fencing and landscaping contractors and actively reach out to grow our customer base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into new business.
Coordinate orders, stock, and deliveries.
Assist with pricing, quoting, and invoicing.
Support site and office activities as needed.
Pitch in with packing and dispatching orders when required (team effort).
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Motivated to hunt for new business, not just wait for enquiries.
Confident on the phone and face-to-face with tradies and contractors.
1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (timber/trade/hardware preferred but not required).
Organised, reliable, and happy to pitch in wherever needed.
Permanent residency status required.
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $28–$35 per hour / $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
