About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Austa painting and decorating' in Edens Landing, Queensland. What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, responding promptly and efficiently

Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries and arranging meetings

Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to ensure a professional environment

Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry as required

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A positive, friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
