We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and capable receptionist to join our vibrant allied health clinic. You’ll be the first smile our patients see, the calm voice on the phone, and the glue that keeps our team running smoothly. We’re a team of passionate health professionals—including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and allied health assistants—who value collaboration, innovation, and genuine care for our patients and each other.

About the Role:

As part of our administration team, you’ll be central to creating a smooth and positive experience for patients. You’ll manage bookings, greet clients, handle phone and email enquiries, and support our clinicians and admin team with day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and professional communicator

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience a bonus)

Comfortable using practice management software (we use PracSuite)

A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
