About the role

As the Receptionist Extraordinaire at Cairns Specialist Dental, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients. In this full-time position based in Cairns, QLD 4870, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all who visit our practice.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival

Handling patient enquiries and booking appointments efficiently

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using computer systems and office software

A passion for providing exceptional patient care
