Qualifications & experience

Experience in Xero essential

Experience in the Solar Industry highly preferred

Highly computer literate, able to learn new systems quickly

Comfortable working with lots of data across multiple platforms

Ability to handle multiple tasks for multiple customers at the same time

Tasks & responsibilities

Be the face of the company, the first port of call with customers: help them with their queries, book appointments for new customers, and keep them updated with the status of their installation

Maintain complete customer records across all company systems

Complete all pre-approval and post-installation documentation as required by each Distributor

Process jobs through the Solar Victoria Portal

Manage suppliers (eg. contractors, electrical inspectors)
