About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team at Biggin Scott Inner North in our Brunswick East, VIC 3057 office. As a full-time Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our residential property portfolio, ensuring the highest levels of service for our valued tenants and landlords.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including handling landlord and tenant inquiries and addressing maintenance and repair issues

Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords

Effectively market and lease vacant properties, including organising viewings and negotiating rental agreements

Maintain comprehensive property records and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations

Develop strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient property management experience

Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices

Work every one in 3 Saturdays to conduct open for inspections with time in lieu

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar property management role

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using property management software and other relevant digital tools

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations and VCAT

A positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork
