Position Overview
As a Property Manager at Right Key Investment, you will act as a key bridge between clients and the company, overseeing comprehensive property management and strategic initiatives. This role requires solid experience in long-term lease management, forward-thinking market insight, and strong execution skills. We are looking for professionals who can drive business growth, optimize processes, and create long-term value for both clients and the team—not just maintain the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

Fully manage the day-to-day operations of long-term rental properties

Develop and implement property management plans to ensure efficient operations and budget compliance

Assist in marketing and brand promotion to enhance the company’s industry presence

Handle leasing, maintenance, and client relations, ensuring outstanding service delivery

Optimize lease agreements and cost control to enhance property profitability

Support administrative tasks to maintain team efficiency

Actively participate in business development and investment opportunities

Ensure property management processes comply with relevant laws and regulations

Maintain close communication with owners, tenants, and suppliers, coordinating timely issue resolution

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience, with a background in long-term leasing

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with good English communication skills

Must hold a valid real estate license

Experience in Property Management, Airbnb Management, Property Sales, Admin, or Business Development is preferred

Familiarity with property management software and market analysis tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of leading and supporting the team to achieve goals

Driver’s license is a plus
