Your Opportunity
Join our supportive team and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Full-cycle property management: marketing vacancies, showing properties, negotiating leases, and managing renewals.
Tenant relations: screening, onboarding, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
Compliance: conducting inspections, preparing condition reports, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Maintenance: coordinating repairs, supervising contractors, and managing budgets.
Financial oversight: rent collection, arrears management, bond lodgements and budget reporting.
Relationship management: building strong Rental provider and renter relationships, and liaising with trades and Rental providers.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of residential property management experience (Cert IV in Property Services, Agent’s Rep certification, or Real Estate Licence preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organisation/time management.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Property Me, Inspect Real Estate)
Attention to detail, assertiveness and professionalism in challenging situations
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
