Ray White West Realty is looking for a Leasing Manager (Inspection Manager) to join our busy Property Management team. This is the ideal entry-level role for someone eager to build a long-term career with Australia's #1 Real Estate Brand .

About the Role

As a Leasing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Property Management department. Working closely with Property Managers, landlords, and renters, you’ll be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

Hosting open homes and private inspections with professionalism and care

Presenting properties and confidently answering renter enquiries

Recording applicant feedback and inspection details in our systems

Completing detailed entry, routine, and vacate inspections

Contributing to team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives

This is a diverse, hands-on position where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and client interaction.

About You

To succeed as our Leasing Manager, you’ll bring:

A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

The ability to manage your workload and work independently

A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn

Flexibility to work Saturdays (With a mid week day of in lieu)

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or the willingness to obtain it)
