Property Manager - Airport West

This office is a great opportunity for either a seasoned PM wanting to work closer to home, or an up and coming superstar Assistant Property Manager wanting the opportunity to manage their own portfolio under a Senior Property Manager.

Working in a friendly, collaborative and accepting team of 8 staff, with a company established for over 5 years, join a household name and family owned company.

With clean portfolios of modern, high newly built & classic homes in North Western suburbs, you will manage ~150 properties, end-to-end

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm, Saturdays on rotation 1 in 2 or 3 with Friday off.

JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30
- Manage your own portfolio of 150 properties, end to end.
- Routines
- Application processing
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Cloud Based Software

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (car allowance included in Salary) + plus commissions for new rentals / sales etc

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
