About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Manager/Senior Property Manager with a passion for people and a strong customer-centric mindset.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential properties while inspiring and guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Manage a portfolio of 180 properties end-to-end.

Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants.

Prepare and lodge lease agreements and bond documentation.

Attend VCAT hearings and resolve tenancy disputes.

Conduct rent reviews and provide market rental advice.

Lead, mentor and develop a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and support to property managers and admin team.

Lead onboarding and training of new team members.

Who are we looking for?

Residential Property Management Experience

Agent’s Representative Certificate

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Current Driver’s Licence

Strong understanding of property management systems and CRM tools

Excellent computer skills - proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently

A calm, solution-focused approach to handling day-to-day challenges

Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships

Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (Preferred)
