your role
• Manage a mixed portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent reviews
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor engagement
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
• Monitor arrears and work closely with trust accountants for resolution
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly client reporting
• Deliver a high standard of service and portfolio performance

your advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial property management experience
• Mixed portfolio (office/retail/industrial) experience highly valued
• Fully registered and ready to hit the ground running
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
