About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Alpha Property & Facilities Management. This full-time position is based in our Perth, WA office, and will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

What you'll be doing

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and industrial facilities

Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and facility maintenance

Develop and implement strategies to maximise the financial performance of each property

Liaise with clients, tenants, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's commercial real estate portfolio

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in commercial property management, ideally within the Perth market

Excellent understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including relevant regulations, market trends, and best practices. Registration with applicable industry regulators is essential. CPD points must be up to date.

Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders

Proficient in the use of property management software and data analysis tools - Cirrus 8 experience essential.

Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field is highly desirable but not essential
