They are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee an established and diverse portfolio. Reporting to a highly regarded Head of Department, you’ll benefit from ongoing training, support, and genuine career growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and executing property and leasing services, liaising with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
• Analysing market rents and providing informed, credible advice to clients.
• Negotiating leases, incentives, renewals, relocations, and refurbishments on behalf of clients.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Conducting inspections, marketing, and listing new properties.

What we’re looking for:

• Current WA Property Management Registration.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management (managing your own portfolio or supporting at Assistant level).
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
