About the role

To be considered for the role, you will need to have prior experience delivering property management services to Commercial Office, Retail and Industrial clients, ideally with experience managing your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Execution and delivery of Property Management services, including liaison with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Ensuring the timely approval of invoices for payments.

Lease management and solicitor liaison.

Updating software systems to reflect financial and other critical information accurately. Experience with Cirrus 8 would be beneficial.

Actioning rent reviews when required.

Carrying out inspections and maintenance plans including emergency and ad hoc repairs.

Implement and monitor compliance on site with relevant essential service regulations and legislation.

Preparation of income and expenditure budgets and annual reconciliations.

Tenant arrears management.

Reporting internally and externally where required.

Skills and experience

Must hold a current Property Management Registration.

Min 2 years Experience in Commercial Management in either a PM or Assistant PM role is preferred.
