Our client is a highly successful Commercial real estate agency based in Perth's city fringe.
They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee an established portfolio made up of a mixed office, industrial and retail assets whilst one of their Senior PM's is on maternity leave. The contract will be an estimated 6 months and there is flexibility in the days and hours for someone who can hit the ground running.

You will be working under a highly regarded Head of Department with lots of growth potential through ongoing training and development. Additional duties include:

• Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
• Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
• Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
• Prospecting for new business.
• Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
• Experienced with MR would be advantageous.

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration, have at least 2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management (ideally managing your own portfolio). You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
