With leasing outsourced and the support of a Trust Accountant for invoicing, the role will focus on servicing the existing portfolio to an exceptionally high standard.

Additional duties include:

• Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
• Lease renewals and administration
• Conduct rent reviews
• Financial reporting
• Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration or be undertaking the process. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.
