We’re on the lookout for a motivated cafe Manager for our cafe in our CBD . This is your chance to join a dedicated, growing hospitality business where your skills and ideas will be valued. About the Role

As our Cafe Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the café. You’ll bring a balance of leadership, excellent customer service and building genuine relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily service with confidence and consistency

Deliver exceptional coffee – must be a skilled barista

Ensure food safety standards and allergen management are upheld

Train, support and inspire a passionate front-of-house team

Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community

Work closely with the owners to maintain and grow the business

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership experience, a great attitude, and the desire to grow with us. You’re the kind of person who lifts the energy in a room, loves working on the floor, and enjoys seeing their team develop.

You’ll have:

Previous experience in café or hospitality management

Barista expertise and a true love for quality coffee

Food handling knowledge, including allergen awareness

Experience training and mentoring staff

A valid driver’s licence and access to a car

Able to commit to 4 days a week including weekends

Residence within close proximity within CBD
