Join the Positive Energy Crew

We’re on the lookout for a Cafe + Juice Bar Manager to bring fresh vibes and smooth operations to our on-site cafe and juice bar at Positive Energy Health + Fitness in Balgowlah, NSW.

This is a full-time gig for someone who’s equal parts people-person, organiser, and smoothie lover. You’ll be leading the daily flow of the cafe + juice bar, keeping the team buzzing, and making sure every customer walks away with a smile (and maybe a protein ball).

What you’ll be doing

Running the show - staff schedules, stock levels, and the numbers that keep us growing

Creating an awesome customer experience that keeps people coming back for more

Teaming up with Positive Energy leadership to keep our cafe vibes aligned with our bigger brand vision

Hiring, training, and leading a crew of baristas + service staff to deliver next-level customer service

Making sure everything is safe, clean, and up to our high standards

Getting creative with new menu items, fun promos, and special events

What we’re looking for

Previous experience managing a cafe, juice bar, or something equally fast-paced (bonus points if you’ve worked in health + fitness)

A natural leader who knows how to motivate and support a team

Organised, adaptable, and ready to juggle multiple things at once

Knowledge of cafe operations (inventory, staffing, reporting — all the behind-the-scenes magic)

Someone who’s genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and creating positive vibes
