We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Officer to lead our front-of-house operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support our workshop and management teams.

Your Role

As the Customer Relationship Officer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations balancing customer care, sales administration, and operational coordination. You’ll manage everything from sales enquiries and scheduling to supplier liaison and quality control, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and our internal processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Sales Administration

Handle phone, email, and counter sales

Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices

Maintain customer records and fitting schedules

Coordinate job bookings and workshop timelines

Operations & Resource Management

Order stock and liaise with suppliers

Oversee fabrication and delivery coordination

Monitor quality control and product standards

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Communicate with clients on custom design work

Resolve complaints professionally and promptly

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Marketing & Business Development

Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement

Key Performance Indicators

Customer satisfaction and retention

Accurate fitting calendar and database management

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience

2–3 years in customer service or office management

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with inventory systems and scheduling tools
