We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who wants to grow with the business and become an integral part of our core team.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to:
Be the right hand to the director across operations, product admin, and executive tasks.
Take ownership of inventory management, pricing updates, travel bookings, and general admin tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing product data: updating pricing, specs, availability, and categories across our Inventory Management Tools, CRM, and websites (Both WordPress and Shopify)
Maintaining consistency with our product pricing, info, images, spec sheets, etc, by liaising with Suppliers and using Supplier Platforms
Comparing pricing and availability across competitor websites
Provide executive support by managing the director’s calendar and streamlining day-to-day responsibilities
Assisting with office and showroom admin
Supporting occasional customer enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinating and scheduling sales on overstocked or clearance items
Supporting internal process improvements
Preparing agendas or summaries for internal team catch-ups
Managing and updating internal documents (e.g. product spreadsheets, supplier lists)
Warranty & Service admin
Some light marketing support will be involved, such as helping with social media scheduling, email content, or customer feedback requests.
Core Qualities
Tech-savvy – Able to quickly pick up new tools, troubleshoot issues, and think practically in a fast-moving environment. Strong Excel/data handling skills – comfortable with filters, formulas, and cross-referencing info (or where possible using AI instead)
Confidence using web platforms (e.g. One Drive, Teams, Inventory and CRM Management, Supplier Portals and more.)
Demonstrated use of AI platforms in every day business scenarios
Detail-oriented – you spot inconsistencies and tidy up messy data.
Confident and personable – Comfortable communicating with the team and occasionally customers; not afraid to ask questions or seek clarity.
Positive outlook with a can-do attitude – Minimum 5–8 years in an office environment; understands workplace dynamics and accountability.
Curious and questioning – Doesn’t blindly follow instructions; wants to understand the why behind tasks to contribute more effectively.
Keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), with a proactive approach to exploring how these innovations can enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive smarter business decisions.
