The 39-storey skyscraper located at 555 Wellington St is the first purpose built co-living accommodation tower with 483 beds. Located directly opposite Yagan Square, the tower boasts a sky lounge on level 39 with sweeping Perth city views. Other common areas include co-working spaces, rooftop skylounge, staffed gym, theatre, café, pop-up stores, communal kitchen, laundry, and outdoor terrace garden.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Switch Team Environment
Be the face of The Switch, proactively lead from the front in all interactions with our members, guests and customers.
Sales duties:
Drive the sales process from lead to close and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Identify and create avenues to develop our processes and systems to ensure we are providing world class customer service and an exceptional sales journey.
Work alongside the property and sales management teams to do what is required to meet and exceed company KPIs.
Organise and manage the operating and sales systems (i.e. CRM and booking system), property viewings and full sales lifecycle.
Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships within the internal and external communities.
Work collaboratively to understand customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential ways to succeed.
Support senior leadership with reporting and insights to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
Operational duties:
Work closely with The Switch Team and undertake operational duties to ensure tenants are receiving exceptional brand led customer experience.
Ensure the property is compliant and adheres to all relevant real estate regulations. This may include performing room inspections, handling bond payments, maintaining accurate records and overseeing leasing documentation.
Assist with general administration duties and other duties as required.
Liaise with our members to ensure their Switch experience is exceptional. This may include organising, promoting, and conducting campaigns, events, and pop-ups.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Prior work experience in the industries of hospitality, student accommodation, co-working, markets/ festival management or customer facing businesses is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar.
Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for sales and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively track sales objectives, manage pipelines, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to multitask, work unsupervised and take initiative to meet targets and deadlines.
Ability to easily develop strong, long-lasting connections, particularly with Generation Z.
Be resilient and confident in cold calling, can break the ice and build connections effortlessly.
Strong insight and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate potential issues.
High levels of enthusiasm and energy, a self-starter with a positive mindset.
Remuneration package
Salary $70,000
