We put our guests experience first and strive to offer the best hospitality in the biz, and we are on the hunt for a skilled & passionate Bar Manager on a full-time basis to help us continue to reach that goal.

Our hatted venue, Poodle offers a candle lit Bistro, two private function spaces, relaxing public bar and terracotta tiled courtyard all paired with an exciting food and beverage offering. We also have a handful of events that run throughout the year; our Patio Parties are the things of legend, with guest chefs, DJs, and wine producers taking over the venue for a day of good vibes.

We are on the hunt for people who love food and beverage, the industry, and using the best produce they can get their hands on, someone who embraces continual change and growth and enjoys having fun whilst doing it.

What we need from you

1+ years experience in a similar role

An understanding of beverage COGS and maintaining them

A strong spirits and cocktail knowledge (WSET qualification preferred but not essential)

Supplier sourcing knowledge

Strong knowledge of POS and back of house computer systems
