About the Role:

As Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind BangPop’s buzzing bar, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while bringing creativity and flair to our beverage offering. You’ll lead the team, oversee service standards, manage stock and ordering, and collaborate with management to deliver authentic Thai-inspired cocktail experiences that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and a fun, energetic vibe.

Oversee daily bar operations, including rostering, stock control, and bar efficiency.

Contribute to cocktail menu design with Thai-inspired flavours and seasonal creativity.

Work with management to drive revenue, promotions, and customer engagement.

Foster a positive, high-energy team culture with ongoing training and development.

Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender looking to step into a management role.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and current bar trends.

Leadership and people skills to motivate, guide, and grow a team.
