Create Catering is restructuring and introducing three brand-new management positions at our flagship venue, the world-famous Penguin Parade Visitors Centre. This is your chance to take the lead in one of Victoria’s most iconic tourism destinations!

We are seeking passionate, hands-on leaders to join our team in the following full-time roles:

Café Manager

Bar & FOH Manager

Functions & Events Manager

Each role will play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

About the Roles

As a member of our management team, you will:

Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance, and safety.

Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.

Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Be a role model for excellence, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced hospitality leaders who are:

Proven in leading teams in a hospitality, events, or tourism environment.

Confident decision-makers with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Organised, resilient, and adaptable in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)

A valid RSA (or willingness to obtain)

A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Food Safety & WHS knowledge highly regarded
