Admissions Coordinator - Aged Care - East Melbourne
We are partnering with a well regarded aged care provider to recruit an experienced Admissions Coordinator.

This is a key role responsible for managing the full admissions process across two vibrant aged care homes, one larger and recently upgraded, and one smaller community based home.

You will:

• Oversee admissions, referrals, and contracts across both homes
• Collaborate closely with Facility Managers and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and key stakeholders
• Spend part of your week visiting homes and engaging with the community

About You:

• Proven experience in aged care admissions is essential, applications without aged care sales will not be considered
• Confident managing contracts, referrals, and contact development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy, varied workload
