About Us:

The Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) is the peak body for digital health in Australia. We play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare through thought leadership in digital health, supporting the healthcare workforce in the digital transformation, and connecting the digital health community.

The Role:

We have an exciting strategic opportunity to join AIDH as our Corporate Partnerships Manager and be part of our Community Engagement Team.

Reporting to the General Manager Community Engagement, the Corporate Partnerships Manager’s role is pivotal for developing and nurturing strategic and high value partnerships with corporations, businesses, government and individuals. The role emphasises cultivating long term, mutually beneficial relationships within the digital health community, with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities and growing substantial revenue streams for AIDH.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partnerships - Develop and maintain strategic, long-term and high value relationships with existing corporate partners, while also actively seeking new corporate opportunities.

Sponsorship – Manage and grow the event/conference sponsorship portfolio, including providing all entitlements to sponsors, as well as identifying additional package opportunities.

Business Development – Plan and execute strategic business development and sales strategies for AIDH products, including generating new business leads and marketing new and existing products in an innovative manner.

Income/Revenue Growth - Proactively work to reach and exceed revenue KPIs for corporate partnerships, sponsorship, membership and AIDH products.

What you will bring to the role to succeed:

Demonstrated ability and experience in

Navigating partnerships in broad and diverse industries, such as healthcare

Building professional relationships, effective planning and execution of sales strategies, reaching and exceeding revenue targets

Identifying potential partnership prospects, writing effective proposals and negotiating partnership agreements to achieve maximum benefit for all parties

High level of organisational and problem-solving skills

Highly motivated, results oriented and have a real drive to secure business outcomes

Proficient writing and communication skills.
