About the Role

As our new Senior Owners Corporation Manager, you'll step into a portfolio of premium properties consisting of 18 sites / 1050 lots— with the full support of a dedicated, full-time assistant to help you stay on top of the details so you can focus on strategy, problem-solving, and building relationships with your sites.

In this role, you will:

Deliver expert advice to committees and residents, navigating complex issues with confidence.

Oversee financials, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate and resolve building maintenance matters promptly.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Lead with professionalism, prioritising tasks effectively while handling a high volume of correspondence.

About You

You're a proactive, solutions-focused professional with at least 5+ years' experience in owners corporation management. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a proven ability to manage large and complex portfolios.

Essential qualifications and skills include:

Strong problem-solving and strategic management capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Financial management and budgeting proficiency.

Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise effectively.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Real estate related portfolio management experience is essential.
