Your new role

As an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager, you'll step into the property industry and gain hands-on exposure to corporate management without needing prior experience. You'll support a team of Owners Corporation Managers across a manageable portfolio of properties, assisting with client communication, reporting, and administration while learning the ropes from experienced professionals.

This is a unique entry point into the property industry for someone looking to secure their first corporate role and carve out a career in Owners Corporation Management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  
• Customer service background (retail, hospitality, administration, call centre etc.)
  
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a supportive team environment.

• Salary package of $55,000 - $65,000 + super
