About the role:
The Corporate Services Manager is an integral role to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation's administrative and support functions. The Corporate Services Manager will be leading, managing and developing staff to ensure the provision of accurate and timely information, organisational operations, physical and staff resources, and implementation of operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation.
All duties are expected to be performed in a confidential, professional, effective and efficient manner. Below are key responsibilities and accountabilities typically associated with this position:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Use strategic oversight to lead the team to coordinate administrative and operational matters.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of corporate services.
- Develop and implement corporate procedures and systems to optimise business operations.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Develop strategies and promote corporate governance relating to the organisation, logistical operation and staff resources.
- Oversee administrative support for Head Office, ensuring efficient assistance for senior management, report preparation, and management of corporate services operations.
Resource Management:
- Forecast resource needs, develop budgets, and assign resources efficiently to meet the company’s financial success.
- Manage and report resource usage, coordinate resource adjustments to improve business efficiency and efficacy, and address any issues outlined in report findings.
- Identify and mitigate business risks, ensure compliance to company policies and industry standards, and manage documentation on company resources.
Corporate Event Representation:
- Represent and manage internal and external stakeholders for corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage internal resources required for the planning and representation of the company’s corporate events.
Strategic Planning and Support:
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations regarding legal regulations, health and safety standards and company policies.
- Organises the processes for communicating and promoting existing and new programs and policies within the organisation.

- Operational Efficiency: Ensure corporate services are delivered efficiently and effectively, supporting the overall business strategy.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to corporate services operations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, documents, and communications, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Support and Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure corporate services objectives are met.
- Timeliness: Ensure that tasks and responsibilities are completed within set deadlines, particularly those related to events, meetings, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in corporate services or administration
- Strong operational, governance, and compliance background with ability to streamline processes
- Skilled in budget management, resource allocation, and driving efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve problems, and deliver outcomes under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate systems, with adaptability to new technologies
