About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded State Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our major accounts within the aged care and retirement living sector. This national role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major national accounts across aged care and retirement living.
• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth.
• Lead negotiations and close complex commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions.
• Identify market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the aged care and/or retirement living sectors (preferred).
• Commercial acumen with a track record of successful deal-making.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a national portfolio and work independently.
