As the company moves into a new phase of growth, exciting site-based projects are commencing in the coming months. To support this, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee key commercial projects across the state.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects, managing all aspects of daily operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working alongside a strong project team including a Project Manager, CA, Safety Officer you will play a central role in driving project success from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment, and is looking for long-term stability and career growth with a company that truly values its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on fitout and construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety protocols
• Manage and track construction programs and project timelines
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure quality and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• Trade background (Carpentry or similar highly desirable)
• Proven experience in commercial construction and fitout projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• A solid work history demonstrating commitment and reliability
• Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and construction programming
