The Role

As Senior Accountant / Manager, you will:

• Build and manage trusted client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
• Provide proactive tax advice, compliance, and business strategy solutions.
• Prepare Financial Statements & Tax Returns (Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, Sole Traders, Individuals).
• Mentor and guide a small team of accountants and admin staff.
• Deliver quality control, accuracy, and client-focused results.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with 7–10 years’ experience in Public Practice.
• Skilled in advanced accounting concepts (restructures, CGT concessions, complex tax planning).
• Strong client management and leadership skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present advice effectively.
• Experienced with Xero and cloud-based accounting tools.
• Motivated, organised, and eager to grow with a progressive firm.
