Operating since 2009, Australian Window Solutions are South Australias largest and market leading supplier of ultra energy efficient uPVC double glazed windows and doors. We are a continually expanding company that specialise in the ever growing energy efficient construction and residential home improvement markets, dealing with some of SA's leading builders, developers & architects.

Manufacturing and installing the fastest growing building product in Australia, we now seek an experienced Installations Manager, ideally from within the window and door industry, to oversee the installations department. This role would also suit builders and construction professionals with management experience and who understand the processes and challenges of both the residential refurbishment and new build markets.

You will be responsible for managing over $10m of installations revenue per annum and growing with a current installations department Team of nine staff.

Your duties will include:

Accountability for all facets of the Installations Department

Effectively scheduling and managing installation Teams.

Department cost control

Hiring, training, and performance managing Teams.

Organising sub-contract services.

Ensuring a collaborative approach to our Clients

Organising site equipment

Supporting installation Teams on site.

Completing site surveys to a high level of accuracy

Ensuring defect-free completion of projects.

Quality Culture

Implemeting on-site WHS

Completing work site assements

Developing policies & procedures that provide a continuous improvement culture and environment

Ensure complete customer satisfaction

Providing weekly management reports

The successful candidate will ideally have a thorough knowledge of installing windows & doors to both the residential and new build markets. You will be responsible for quality so a strong eye for detail and high quality expectations are essential.

You will have a proven track record in a similar role and be comfortable multi tasking and working to tight schedules.

You will have a can do mentality, be results oriented, hard working, motivated and lead by example. Excellent management and interpersonal skills are also required along with outstanding customer service skills and effective negotiation and decision making capabilities.

Candidates will require at least 2 years experience of installation management or similar, carpentry skills would also be advantageous.
