Adecco has partnered with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager, based in Adelaide. This role is responsible for leading and managing precast installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will drive project outcomes while fostering collaboration across teams and maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

• $110,000 - $130,000 + super (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned precast installation projects to successful completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments (Erection, Production, Finance, Design) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Manage drawing flow, review technical documents, and issue to production
• Interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately
• Organise and track components required for installation, ensuring readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain WHS documentation for precast and crane activities
• Monitor site productivity, efficiency, and adherence to timeframes
• Identify and manage project variations, communicating in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit accurate payment claims
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators, fostering accountability and professional growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction or precast industry
• Valid Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
• Advanced knowledge of precast concrete systems and processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid stakeholder management ability
• Knowledge of contract administration and project finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe site practices
