About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio, including a significant retail centre and CBD-based assets.

This role blends property management and centre management functions, ensuring each asset operates profitably, efficiently, and in line with compliance and service standards. You’ll work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders from a supportive head office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, contractors, and compliance.

Manage tenant relationships, lease renewals, rent reviews, and variations.

Prepare and monitor annual budgets, rental income, outgoings, and arrears recovery.

Administer leases and ensure all compliance, insurance, and safety requirements are met.

Contribute to marketing and promotional activities, community engagement, and stakeholder meetings.

Maintain accurate records, respond to urgent issues, and ensure operational excellence.

About You

We are looking for a professional who brings:

Proven experience in commercial or retail property management with financial and operational oversight.

Strong tenant relationship management and dispute resolution skills.

Sound knowledge of lease administration, compliance, and budget management.

Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g. MRI REST) and MS Office.

Current SA Property Manager registration and Driver’s Licence.
