We primarily work with highly complex individuals within various service settings and support models including but not limited to forensic disability and mental health. Our team are experts within the space, achieving 'Best Practice' across the entire of the Behaviour Support module in our most recent NDIS Recertification Audit in 2025.

What You Will Be Doing:
The Clinical Services Manager will report directly to the Clinical Director. They will be responsible for overseeing high-quality Allied Health and Behaviour Supports whilst ensuring each of their team members meet benchmark service delivery goals. Their role is to oversee all participant directed work within their team including risk management, pro-active solutions and day-to-day operations. The Clinical Services Manager is is responsible for implementing Allora’s mission of offering NDIS participants a quality first service to remove restrictive practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant Allied Health degree
- A minimum of 3 years as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Proficient or above under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
- Demonstrated leadership skills that showcase leading by example, responsiveness and initiative while maintaining compliance.
- Deep understanding of Restrictive Practices, the NDIS Practice Standards & NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission guidelines.
- Ability to supervise, support targets, and balance billable hours.
- Strong written, verbal and relational communication skills
- Understanding of the principles and evidence-based practice regarding the delivery of positive behaviour support approaches within diverse environments, including their home, community supports and within forensic mental health settings including in-patient wards and prisons.
- Highly organised, ethical, creative & solutions focused.
- Experience in Conflict Management.
Mandatory Requirements:
As a disability service provider, Allora Options takes its duty of care to safeguard vulnerable people seriously and recognises that we must maintain the highest standards of conduct. Therefore, all positions within Allora Options are required to:
- a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- a current NDIS Worker Check
- a current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
- complete the NDIS Workers Orientation and New Worker Induction Module.
- be First Aid and CPR Certified
- to understand and comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct, and associated policies.
- any and all other relevant checks that become legally or ethically required.
All staff have a responsibility to ensure they:
- protect their own health and safety and avoid directly affecting the health and safety of others.
- maintain their physical work environment in accordance with Business and Industry standards.
- comply with Allora Options policies, procedures, and work practices.
- participate in mandatory Workplace Health and Safety training
