ABOUT THE COMPANY - This well known dealership houses a premium High Volume Global Automotive Brand and is one of Australia's most awarded dealers.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting into the General Manager, this position will oversee all areas of the parts department across the workshop. Operating front and back counter, warehouse, stock, online and trade.

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION

• Stock control and ordering
• Sales and Customer Service
• Managing budgets and exceeding targets
• Key liaison with customers, sales and workshop teams and suppliers
• End to end ordering and receiving of parts
• Provide spare parts support both in person and over the phone
• Provide all relevant dealership and factory reports where required
• Use of DMS and computer programs / parts catalogues
• Managing and developing online and trade sales

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must Have Experience as Automotive Dealership Parts Interpreter or Manager
• Ideally an experienced Spare Parts Manager with a history of success
• Motivation to exceed customer expectations
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• A strong communicator
• Strategy and process focused
• An understanding and proven success in targeting online and trade customers
