What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Drive Success: Ensure your store exceeds KPIs and sets the standard for excellence

Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, inventory, and policies efficiently

Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a high-performing store culture

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years proven leadership experience in retail management or assistant management roles

Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

Team player, flexible, and hands-on (able to lift up to 20kg)

Experience in furniture, homewares, or related retail

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required
